We want you to love your skin and your results, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products that do not meet your expectations. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be at least half full to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
